0005966: Bullet speed is set incorrectly
For M590 magazines, the speed is specified in the field "typicalSpeed", which is only used in CfgAmmo, for the magazine, must be used "initSpeed". Now HE and FRAG ammunition have a speed of 475 m/s (inherited from Slug, in which the speed is set correctly) instead of 125 m/s and 150 m/s, respectively.

typicalSpeed is not necessarily related to initspeed. The low typicalSpeed values on the FRAG and HE ammunition is to ensure they have their full (small) hit value for kinetic impact even at long ranges where they have lost most of their ballistic velocity.
They are supposed to have the same muzzle velocity as the slugs, but do not deliver kinetic hit damage in the same way since they have an explosive effector, not a kinetic one

typicalSpeed not used in CfgMagazines, i see that you tried to set a different speed value, but the game ignores it.
