Tested in arsenal and it's ok in KOTH mod the Mk4.ER/T doesn't appear on the gun, same with some other scopes not made a not of them all guess this is a KOTH problem?

I guess you mean scopes which are using low mount and can be only attached to rifles with short elevated rail. Mk4.ER/T cannot be attached to full RIS weapons since scope itself would clip with the rail.
