After preparing to fire with this launchers you get +1,5kg while with M136 and M72 there is no difference in weight.

yep. like on m136 or m72, it will no difference between ready to fire and unready launchers.

right now, players are dropping missiles after preparing launchers, when they are not firing them, nobody wants to carry extra weight

Yeah, sure. Seems someone reverted zero mass for rockets. Should be fixed in release
