Its a config error, makes grenade throwing impossible.

Could you try without any 3rd party mods ? That error doesn't happen with just RHS loaded.

Beside that, it can be also script error if someone adds duplicated throw weapon

No repro with ACE, CBA, RHS.
We had only RHS units in the mission and only this specific class caused issues.

Retried with all mods from saturday when the issue appeared, no repro.
Retried the same mission with the same mods on dedicated server no repro.
Interesting, but yeah seems like not a bug then :thinking:
