DescriptionI wasn't able to find this issue (is it an issue?) about the M113 commander being able to turn in raised.

Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Virtual Arsenal
2. Pick any M113
3. Go to Commander slot

there is no such option at the moment due to way how turn in works. It would require scripted solution like M1127 VC or Global Mobilization M113 (separate seat basically)
