Summary0005778: Non-RHS guns incompatible with RHS scopes
DescriptionAll RHS scopes I have tested are incompatible with e.g. vanilla guns.
Steps To ReproduceUsing only the "RHSUSAF" mod, try to combine e.g. the "M320 LRR" with the "M8541A SSDS (MRDS)" or the "M8541A + AN/PVS-27". It is not possible.
Additional InformationIt seems like with ACE + ACE Compat, the incompatibility is reduced to only the "M8541A + AN/PVS-27" scope, all other scopes seem to work normally then.

If you want to have RHS weapon on vanilla weapons then you have to load CBA or old Joint Rails addon.

"M8541A + AN/PVS-27" - M320 rail is too short for that combo

I will look into Joint Rails.
I have tested with CBA, without different behaviour. Most RHS scopes work with vanilla guns then, except for the "M8541A + AN/PVS-27". It never fits.
Why would the M320 not be compatible? It has a small secondary rail in front.
Furthermore, I have tested two different third party mods (SPG and AWC) which both contain precision rifles with long picatinny rails, but neither of them are compatible.
In contrast, even the Mk18 of RHS is.
I'm not knowledgable in Arma 3 modding, so forgive me if I am being stupid. I just wish that it would behave realistically across modsets as the "M8541A + AN/PVS-27" scope (usually atop the M320) was the number one choice for precision shooting at night for my group, until the latest update.

You can also submit ticket to CBA github if you think that M320 should use long rail but in my opinion, this rail is too short for scope + nvs combo and mounting NVS on that front rail wouldn't work very well in real life + in arma it would require another model JUST for that single weapon.

As for MK18 - I'm able to mount "M8541A + AN/PVS-27" combo on it.
