Summary0005653: BMD-4M can't carry 8 men like its supposed to.
DescriptionThe BMD-4 vehicle is used in the VDV with 8 men. However the vehicle itself in Arma can't fit 8 men. None can, not even the BMD-4M.

Sources that BMD-4 holds 8 men (2 crew [gunner, driver], 6 passenger [commander, infantry])

The vehicle config should be modified to allow a total of 8 men in the BMD.
Steps To Reproduce1.) Start Game with RHS
2.) Open Editor
3.) Place down any BMD-4
4.) Try to fit a total of 8 people inside.
Additional Informationbugtracker semmed to have opened two issues for my request...

it seems it's missing middle rear seat instead - https://imgur.com/a/aU2deUl [^]
when we were configuring BMD-4, there was very little pictures and we assumed 5 dismounts are including commander. Nevertheless, that rear seat doesn't seems to be very comfortable

Here is an old video that says that the combat crew of the BMD-4 is 4 people. 4 infantry + 3 crew = 7 in sum

The problem is not how much the combat crew is, the problem is that the latest BMD-4 can carry 8 people and not just 7.

But as far as I see it already has been resolved.

@Aebian - Only BMD-4M received additional seat. It seems BMD-4 indeed carry only 5 dismounts (including commander) + 2 crew members

That's fine, don't want to change something if it is not also in real life present.

BMD-4M can have the additional, rest stays as is.
