| Description | the accessory is sometimes incorrectly positioned on the weapon rail or too close to the sight. |

| Additional Information | when , I personalize any m416 and put the AN/PEQ-15 accessory (top), it is sometimes incorrectly positioned on the rail or too close to the weapon sight. It does me sometimes that on the M416 . |
