Summary0005628: M3A1 recoil over zealous
DescriptionThe M3A1 is currently using the MX recoil profile/script which is very harsh - I realise you're gradually creating your own bespoke profiles but if you don't get round to creating a unique one for the M3A1 perhaps consider assigning it one of the stock SMG recoil profiles/scripts in-the-meantime.

I guess you took inspirations from this for the model etc...and the recoil illustrated here seems more like it ;-)

I think dampening the recoil would breathe some life into this iconic weapon.

Also the gun in game seems a little too loud - perhaps consider using one of the suppressed pistol sounds for as it is currently it's very easy to pinpoint and in game far louder than I've seen in any real life footage of it.

youtube videos are not best indication of gun shots loudness and suggesting suppressed sounds is quite ridiculous. There is silenced version of M3A1 if you want

Apologies I should have made it clear I was referring to the M3A1 SD regarding sound. It’s as loud/louder than 5.56 suppressed guns in my experience.

To save you time hunting around I have watched these but tl:dr for the M3A1 SD the bolt cycling makes more noise than the shot. Anecdotal evidence suggests around 90dB for the shot.
