there was never such feature for it and would have to be added. rhs_mag_ANALQ131 is just kind of magazine proxy to show it on model |

As i understand AN/ALQ-131 is practically the same as Vitebsk or AN/ALQ-144 in game realies. |

Not really the same at all. Vitebsk, AN/ALQ-144, AN/AAQ-24 etc. are (Directional) Infrared Counter Measures that act as a decoy to IR-guided missiles in almost the exact same way that flares do, but they do it with directed energy beams instead of pyrotechnics.
AN/ALQ-131 is a RF jamming pod that attacks radar installations rendering them unable to track the aircraft accurately long before there's a missile launch.
Arma doesn't have any native mechanics for jamming radar in the way that AN/ALQ-131 and other ECM works. Arma's countermeasures are simply decoys like chaff and flares that interrupt missile guidance, so are only really adequate for (D)IRCM in terms of electronic countermeasures.

At least they will brake lock of radar rockets. |
