Which variant are you using? I have artillery computer on non AT variants

well, then I guess you have your answer. ;) AT variant is for Anti Tank duties. Notice that any vehicle with artillery computer cannot engage ground units - that's because of artillery computer. We created special variants which can be used as anti tank emplacements by AI (since they can be used in this way in real life too)
