Summary0005380: Hydra rocket name is wrong, and no "dual-purpose"
DescriptionWeapon name now is HEPD.
Now M151 and M229 cannot penetrate wall. But in 0.49 can do that like S-8KOM.

Wait, sorry I'm wrong. I found some information of Hydra rockets:

M151 and M229 are HE-F or Anti-Personnel rocket. It used Point Detonating fuse, so HEPD is correct.

And here is the wrong place (see 1.png and 2.png). It said HEDP.

Still, it might confuse people with the effect since it's not HEDP as on M433 grenade for instance. HE seems more appropriate in this case
