Summary | 0005213: BM-21 bugs (list in post) |
Description | BM-21 ammunition cannot be changed as there's no ammunition selection in either scroll list or artillery computer. Only the range may be changed.
It will always do a full reload of rocket rack on first entry into artillery computer.
If an ammunition vehicle is nearby it will go into a reload loop after firing 1 shot, then reload, fire 1 shot, then reload. |
Steps To Reproduce | This has been consistent for me and easily repeatable in my clan server and in eden editor.
Placing an ammunition vehicle near the BM-21 for the reload bug.
The other is constant for me on every use of all versions of the BM-21 from BLUFOR and OPFOR. |
Additional Information | I have tried this with ACE3 on and off, seems to make no difference for me. I do not know what could be causing it.

http://feedback.rhsmods.org/view.php?id=5191 [^] reload is fixed, as for ammo selection it's only possible to do via F key (switch fire mode/weapon). Each ammo type is using separate weapon because of different ranges. While it's not super handy, it was only way to achieve different firing ranges |

I've tried the F key to switch ammo. All it does is cycle ranges with the same ammunition |

It will eventually switch to second weapon |

I'm sorry to say, but it isn't for me. And currently all i have loaded is RHS mods. I'm on stable build. Not Dev. |

Ok. So the only way i've found to change ammo types, is to go into Pylons in editor and change the ammo type in there. For some reason it's changing pylons like an aircraft!? |

yes, it's on purpose. I though you already switched weapon in pylon settings and that why I suggested scrolling through ammo. Default loadout is with only 1 ammo type as real vehicle would be. |
