Summary | 0005156: Commander seat in tank for ( example T72 B ) shows no gunner corsshair in first person |
Description | when sitting in tank one does not see crosshair of main gun when looking trough first person ( commander sight ) this is very important to have when sitting in tank with 2 ai as commander as the ai does not give feedback if it still has the target in sight etc wich causes often rounds wasted because target wen behind a bush or something and the gunner cannon "wandered off" effectively currently it is much better in 3 rd person where this crosshair exists. and when first person is forced well then i am basicly playing almost like there is only a driver and a gunner in tank constantly switching seats between commadner / gunner wich basicly makes me lose battlefield awarness. My recomendation would be to add an option to enable/disable it so when playing with real humans you have more realism and when playing with ai you can at least compensate the unrealism of AI. ( it gets funny when you have multiple vehciels / maybe even same type when you tell to "target that X" but you not even sure wich he targets and you have a situation like you want to take out an AT vehicel between two "normal ones" and well you tell to fire he takes out the left one and before you even reload you get hit by that AT ...... other situations include for example the fail of an ambush because the lead vehicel of a collum wasnt targeted due to range but the third one ) |
Steps To Reproduce | place like a T 72 B ( 1984 ) in a flat dessert and a target and tell gunner to aim at that target.
switch to third person view you have that vehicel gunner crosshair like in various vanilla vehciels.
switch to first person and you are left at best with a rough direction where your gunner is aiming |
