Summary0005048: doArtilleryFire doesn't work on BM-21 Grad on loger ranges
DescriptiondoArtilleryFire command doesn't work with Grad at certain range and upwards which is supported by artillery computer (demonstration in the video)

Same with BI's Fire Mission waypoint (not on the video but I tested it with similar ranges)
Steps To Reproduce1) Spawn Grad
2) Order it to fire at a target further than 8 km (the max supported range for the command is probably few km lower than 8 km)

BM-21 was overhauled and it should work in next version. Bear in mind that minimum range for standard round is 5km (there is special round 1,5km min range) and class names are also changed.
