It's intentional for the flecktarn one look more heavily worn-out because it's for the GREF guerillas
As for the tan/Afghanka coloured one: Colour is directly from the photogrammetric scan of the real uniform

It looks more like faded wallpaper than dirty clothes. Or guerillas do not have as much washing powder and time to turn clothes in a washing machine.
