0000495: BMP-2's AT missile is not enogh agile
BMP-2's AT missile is not enogh agile. You cannot hit moving BMP on 1,5 km by it.
Place BMP-2 in editor. Place another BMP-2 in editor with 1,5 km distance between them. Make second BMP move full speed with 90 degrees relatively first BMP. Sat to first BMP as gunner. Run game.
Try to hit second moving BMP with Konkurs missile. Eventually you fail because it not fairly controllable.

We think its fine. Hitting full speed moving targets should be very hard as in reallife.
