0004179: Tunguska needed //2K22-1980 // Mod has no valid surface to Air Missile vehicle ( Opfor )
During testing and playing on KOTH server US2 for vehicles, it is extremely hard to make money anywhere around 50,000+.
You would suggest that i go play on infantry servers, however, i dont, and wnat to play vehicles because they are more fun.

Here is the problem:
Blufor has Bradleys currently that have Stinger launchers, which can destroy air targets.
Opfor Does not.
Opfor requires a Tunguska to effectively defend and combat Air Targets, that usually always end up moving ever closer to Opfor base.
The only defence is Manpads, and due to Server admin limitations, manpad carried missiles are only 1 per infantry.

This is a issue.
Theres always someone on Blufor who flies a A-10, or Apache, Cobra, or Pawnee and almost always manages to decimate ground targets on Opfor team.

Tunguska is BADLY needed, to provide decent Air defence.
Blufor's Air power is great, So is their Ground forces. Blufor has a Bradley with Stinger launchers. However, where is the Russian Tunguska, BUK Launcher or even S300?

Having only a Zsu-4 23 Shilka - from 1970's to defend against air targets no more than 1K in the Air IS NOT EFFICIENT, OR ENOUGH to provide defence, and almost 80% of the times played on any KOTH servers with vehicles involved, blufor steamrolls over opfor's vehicles with Air units.

But, KOTH uses RHS assets, and this Asset is Missing, because you guys are developing it, not KOTH

@reyhard , this is a major issue, because BLUFOR has Bradley with Stingers, but Opfor does not have anything similar to it?

I will change the status to 'new' because you seem to have misunderstood.
KOTH is using RHS assets, not making them. I have gone through RHS assets and cant find a Tunguska.

For KOTH to have two balanced teams, the Opfor requires a valid ground unit with Missile AA.

If Blufor has Vehicles with AA Missile capablities, why does Opfor only have a out of date shilka from 1970's. ...

I mean its not even a 1970's vehicle, it comes from the 1960's era.

what you don't seem to get that RHS does NOT make assets to fit any specific gamemode, be it KOTH or anything else for that matter.

If US side has M6, and there is no direct counterpart, maybe it would be easier to remove that M6 from the usable assets on the US side.
