DescriptionCurrent RHS M585 is based on vanilla parachute flares, not star cluster flare.

Changed displayname of old "rhs_mag_M585_white" but also largely replaced it with a identical class "rhs_mag_M583A1_white". Old class is now hidden in Arsenal etc. but load-able.

Ed:- I've also added a new magazine class "rhs_mag_M585_white_cluster" which provides an M585 shell with proper white cluster star behaviour for signalling. Made separate from the old single-flare round classname in case missions are using the old ammo type for illumination.
M663 green and M664 red cluster stars were also added.
