Summary0003982: Radar on Mig-29SM is working incorrectly
Description* Unable to receive targets via sensor link. It worked with T-50 placed right next to the Mig.
* Ground targets can be detected only from extremely close distance (<~100m) OR when plane is on the ground.
Both of those issues make the plane completely unable to employ guided munitions against ground targets.
Steps To ReproducePlace plane down on the ground, place targets far in front of it, turn on radar (ctrl+r), notice targets appear on the radar. Take off, notice targets disappear.

it's not ground radar & it doesn't have data link in real life
MiG-29SM can only use TV guided (or LOAL laser guided) weapons against ground targets

ps: Just to avoid another ticke - tv guided system for MiG-29SM is WIP and may not work correctly at the moment

If possible modify pylons so you cannot mount weapon systems that you can't even employ. Or at very least update the wiki with SM's capabilities and shortcomings.
