| Summary | 0000392: Russian troops using hand signals, Americans...? |
| Description | Russian infantrymen will use handsignals when giving orders. Americans, not so much. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Enter editor.
2. Place yourself in a command role as a Russian. Give yourself at least one subordinate, naturally.
3. Tell him to go somewhere. Note the hand signal.
4. Do the same as an American. Hand signal not seen. |
| Additional Information | I suggest either everyone gets hand signals, or noone. Last time I checked, however, hand signals were still in use across Western militaries. |

i think it is default settings.. May be enable in mission option? Or may be it is bug when something ported from A2... |
Welp, it's been a while! Any update on this, perchance?
I note that the GREF troops also use handsignals, oddly enough. |
gestures are defined in radio protocol. we don't have time for now to neither add hand signals to vanilia or remove it from all ported protocols |
No problems - thanks for the update.
Interesting that it's linked to the radio protocol; that's the last place I'd have thought to look! |
no longer valid since Russian troops are vanilla radio protocol without hand signals |
