0003919: AH 64D Radar wont work with the new next/previous target system
AH 64D Wont lock targets in the radar with the new system (press R to select between targets on the radar) It does only lock when pilot looks directly at the target and press T(Gunner cannot lock on). Making it unable to use effective use of the radar until visual contact is possible with naked eye.
Get in the AH-64D as pilot or gunner, with some targets around, turn on the radar and wait for it to be filled with contacts, pressing R wont focus the radar on any contact, the only way to lock on them is to look at them and press T for manual lock in if you're pilot.

Should still be possible to lock on to radar contacts with the AGM-114L (which is the actual radar-guided Hellfire)

Aside from the AGM-114L it's an Arma 3 bug caused by giving the laser-guided AGM-114K/M/N manualControl = 1 in order for the AI to be able to use these missiles in spite of the fact that they do not know how to use the laser-designator. manualControl limits the missile seekers to direct line-of-sight, so they cannot see and lock on to targets that are off boresight even if the aircraft's sensors can see them.

We understand that BIS are adding a new parameter that will allow us to configure a wider field of view for manually controlled missiles in the next patch. So it will possibly be able to fix it in future. But for now there doesn't appear to be anything we can do.
