0003557: hellfires missiles max range and laser range need fix.
When fired from Apache there is the following issues :

- The laser designator can only lock under 4000m approximately. (The Hellfire-K can still track the laser after 4000m even if the lock is lost.) (hellfire have a 8km range IRL).
- the laser range disappear after 5000m (i should be able to lase up to 10km)
- The hellfire M and N trajectory drop on the ground after 3100m approximately

This trajectory feature is already simulated by ACE, so no really need to be made. the new dynamic weapon loadout created some incompatibility issue with ACE and a fix request to the ACE team has been adressed, fyi.
spawn with an apache, test the hellfire variants with gunner.

some ranges might be adjusted further, but based on hands in experience rather than producer’s marketing materials.

also, RHS is not dependent on 3rd party mods, so it is irelevant if a feature is available or not outside RHS
