I seem to be the only person with this issue however it is still occurring after today's RHS update to version 0.4.2.2

This happens in both Stable and Dev branches of ARMA.

You are not the only one with this issue. We've discovered the same.

On a slightly humorous note: if you control an AI unit in Zeus and "eject" you can fly with the canopy open and the ladder extended without CTD.
