which one exactly? uniforms that have 3d patches don't support insignia by design - otherwise 3d patch would overlap on isignia

No compatible:
Combat uniform Frog MARPAT-D, FROG MARPAT-WD, UCP & OCP (without 3D patches) these should be compatibles too, they dont have 3D patches type 101, 1st, 82...

compatibles: Frog M81, All G3 types.

Before combat uniform OCP was compatible.

The Frog MARPAT D and MARPAT WD shouldn't support patches. They don't in real life.
