Summary0002362: Booted from Server using RHS USF3
DescriptionI am using RHS US pack on my server..I have narrowed down the issue to RHS in some way. I have loaded and started the server with ONLY RHS US on it and I still cannot get into it. I have run it vanilla and everything is fine I have run it without RHS and it is fine. I have downloaded and uploaded the RHS US pack 3 times now and each time I get errors and get booted.
Steps To ReproduceLoaded RHS US on server only and attempt to run.
Additional InformationAttached is an rpt from the server. I have asked numerous places with no help so I am trying here.

The only RHS bug I can spot in the rpt is: String STR_RHS_ACC_PKAS_SD not found which is just a missing stringtable entry and should not cause any connection errors.

Not sure what this is all about:

Can't find a mission with template name: '', skipping to next mission.

So I decided to re-install the server and start fresh with everything because I got tired of downloading and uploading RHS 4 times.
Now I cannot even dlete the old files to re-install because of another RHS issue.

The process cannot access the file '@rhs_usf3\addons\rhsusf_m1a2.pbo.rhsusaf.0.4.bisign' because it is being used by another process.

That is the ONLY file on the server so it being used by another process is impossible.

you realize how stupid that sounds, blaming RHS for the fact that you are unable to delete a file from your own server, and call it "another RHS issue"?

Clearly it is not impossible. Something is going weird with your server and RHS has nothing to do with it.

I understand you are frustrated but I'm afraid you are looking in the wrong direction. Hundreds of servers (we literally have a list) run version 0.4.1 without any issues.

BTW you mention in the BIF thread you are trying to run version 0.4.1 but the error clearly states that there are 0.4 keys in your folder, which means you did not clean up before adding 0.4.1. That could be your problem but at this point I cannot tell.

At this point you can just close this feedback. I still cant get the server to re-install because of that single rhs file says it is being used even though it is the only file on the entire server. I am waiting to hear back from the server company to see what can be done to do a fresh install. And yes I realize it sounds stupid but when the only file on the entire server is an RHS file I have no where else to look for answers except there. So you can close this ticket because as of now I have no server until the company can re-set it or delete that file.
