Summary0002189: Incorrect ballistic protection value for equipments?
DescriptionWhile playing with the new toys ARAF had delivered in Virtual Arsenal, I realized that most headgear and uniforms have their ballistic protection bar near maxed out.

I originally thought it was intended feature, however vanilla gears were affected as well.
