Summary | 0001808: Tow Missile Launcher tripod wrongly has extra ammos and auto reloading. |
Description | When using the TOW missile launcher, it has the arma 2 vanila characterics, and all the wrong features coming with it :
magical extra missiles (5).
automatic reloading
poor missile guidance quality.
Please RHS can you try to include ACE static menu system and missile guidance to it. (ACE team says they will not assure features for A2 contents, so it's in your hands).

Due to the limitations of the A3 engine, the "magical extra missiles" represent those in storage. |

there shouldn't be storage. how could you carry 5 extra missiles on you ? impossible. it would weight 150kg.
look at ACE 2 mod for Operation Arrowhead, there was no storage, you could only use missile you manually picked up.

you have always to think about ai. those extra missiles are in storage of static emplacement that is usually placed in editor.
ideal solution would be to keep those 5 missiles for editor placed tows + single missile for backpack one and that is what it will look like in future. |
