Summary | 0001787: Outside sounds are extremely quite while in a vehicle. |
Description | When a player is in a vehicle, in first person, outside sounds like sonic cracks, explosion, etc. are extremely quite. |
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Load up the editor and chose a map (tested on VR).
2. Place a playable unit (tested with BLUFOR NATO) and an empty car (tested with a M1025A2 HMMWV with an M2).
3. Place an enemy group (test with a CSAT squad).
4. Load up the mission, get in the M1025A2 and listen how quite outside sounds such as explosion and sonic cracks are.
NOTE: For the purpose of testing you might want to put "this allowDamage false;" in the Init of both the player and the M1025A2, so you won't get killed by the AI immediately. |
Additional Information | Sounds are quite in 1st person, but are normal in 3rd person. |
