You mean the tracks?

И почему то снаружи, звук двигателя слышиться спереди танка, как-будто он там стоит, а не сзади.

Sorry, wideo will be in some large delay as i have problems with AMD gaming evolved (recordin became unavailable). Trying to fix it.

Updating video drivers resolved AMD issue, here is the video:

Maybe Its some setting of audio? I have this too. I use 16 bits 44100Hz audio quality. Have it on speakers, and headphones. All equalizers disabled, everything default. Wheeze in sound - maybe that the proper description of the issue.

I need to add few cents more.
I havent installed any sound driver (realtec HD integrated sound card) - just windows 7 installed audio device and i have some sound. Settings from this speaker icon next to the clock says exacly what michalm1393 sayed - i followed suggestion from Bohemia about sound quality, to get rid of FPS hit when firefight starts. I use stereo system 2.1 from creative - no problems in other games, only in RHS mod. Its very frustrating to go every time into audio settings, beacuse great company as creative, messed up with volume pilot and its changing randomly after touching the pilot. So i need to keep volume down (in game settings) everytime i'm in the tank, to prevent speaker failure.

I cant believe! I found a issue. Try this @Bad_Tankman :
Go to steam
Left upper corner > steam > settings > sound
Now on recording device you should have "No recording devices found".
I guess you have "speakers" now, same as i had, click "change device" now empty list will open, click ok, ok, and set this bars below to zero, again ok, and try now.

How this should be named? Facepalm? Is this enough? How was this possible? I dont use microphone, so why this was setted to speakers? Anyway, thanks @Michal, it did the trick :)

Issue is back for me, Steam Microphone trick doesnt work. Its cracking like there is too big frequency. Reinstalled audio drivers, changed settings to default, nothing works.

EDIT:
There is another trick that temponrary helped me, lowering all sound bars in game to <40% and increasing volume on amplituner.
