fcs were improved yet gun accuracy & shell speed was reduced according to that info so ticket is kind of invalid
"According to results from the BMP-3 trial in Turkmenistan for the UAE, the 3UOF17 shell has an average CEP (circular error probability) of 25m at a range of 4000m, meaning that 50% of fired shells will hit in an area with a circular diameter of 50m. Therefore, 3UOF19/-1 shells have a CEP of 18.75m at 4000m. For a low-velocity cannon, the 2A70 can achieve very workable results from any distance. Unfortunately, the low velocity nature of the 100mm shells means that they are quite susceptible to being blown off course by crosswinds or blown too far forward or too far back by head and tail winds. Without much wind, the accuracy of the 2A70 gun may be better than stated."
