This only occurs when reloading (more visible with NVGs) and when in 'gear check' animation.

Steps To Reproduce1. Go to 2D Editor on a Virtual Reality map.
2. Place yourself with any rifle using M552 CCO.
3. Press inventory key to initiate 'gear checking' animation, then press ESC to exit the UI with animation still active.
4. Look for the red dot as it was shown in the screenshots.
