0006888: M1147 AMP doesn't act like M1147

Description

M1147 AMP tank round for the M1 Abrams is a HEAT-FRAG round, not HE-FRAG.
The round itself replaces M830 HEAT, M830A1 MPAT, M1028 CAN, and M908 HE.

I recommend changing the round properties in ARMA to act more like the MPAT round but with more fragmentation.

Additionally, M1147 has a programmable fuse, it doesn't need to be implemented but it would be a nice feature to have. A suggestion for implementation would be to use the range finder to set the fuse.

i.e. lase the target then use the scroll wheel to increase or decrease the distance for detonation. Short for soft targets, long for delayed fuse, on point for the full effect of HEAT charge.
