Summary

0006006: Missing folding capability (across all faction mods)

Description

Some weapons either lack folding when expected to, or cannot fold in with optics where they should be able to. Separate from 0005897 (folding disabled with foregrips). Folding also resets the fire-mode to semi (tried on the AK-103 and vz. 61).

Weapons that cannot fold/retract at all:
* AK-100s with PT-3 stock
* SVDS and variants
* M3A1 Grease Gun (and SD version)
* MP7A2 and variants
* M84A Skorpion

Weapons that cannot fold with optics
* AK-103 (Zenitco) with forward-mounted optics (on folding it does not accept them)
* M21(A/S) variants with MTZ rail
* SA vz.58 (railed variants)

The SA vz.61 supports folding, but folding returns the same gun with the stock extended.

Steps To Reproduce

For each:
1. Go into editor
2. Equip given weapons with optics (if applicable)
3. Play
4. Detach optic and try folding
5. If success, attach optic and attempt unfolding
6. Detach optic and unfold
7. Attach optic and attempt folding
