Summary0005839: Segfault on Linux Server
DescriptionHello,

we recently started playing antistasi on our linux hosted arma server. we used newest version (as of now) of every mod and arma. every time the afrf started an attack, the server crashed with a segfault. i tried setting up a windows server where it worked correctly. i reported it to the antistasi forum and they told me it'd be a problem within rhs:afrf. because of that i'll report it here. disabling rhs afrf and rhs:gref (cause dependency) solved the issue. but we'd really like to play with the full rhs expierence. unfortunately we are not able to host a windows server, so we would really appreciate a fix for this linux issue.
Steps To ReproducePlay any Antistasi mission
Reach war level 2
Wait for AFRF attack
Wait for the crash

Have you already tried verifying game files? On 90% it's caused by corrupted files, 10% chance is that some third party mod is causing it (ACE)

game files are verified, mods have been removed and re added, plus we are not the only ones experiencing it. really don't think ace is to blame, since removing afrf and gref works fine. plus usaf mods works without any problems.

"plus we are not the only ones experiencing " in all cases so far issue was with corrupted files.

"really don't think ace is to blame" you never know, better to remove anything that could cause issues. If I remember correctly, currently released ACE compats have still i.e. broken M14 EBR for like already 4 months.

Once you have loaded game with only RHS loaded, please attach rpt file if crash still occurs

Can confirm that this has also been happening on our server (Ubuntu Server 18.04 LTS) with CBA_A3, Enhanced Movement, RHSAFRF, RHSUSAF, RHSGREF, RHSSAF and ShackTac User Interface. This happens randomly when an AFRF attack begins on Antistasi.

I'm gonna ask our server admin if he can send me the server log and crash dump, hopefully it should be a bit more helpful than a simple (I'm getting it too).

I cannot provide any logs without ace at the moment, but will investigate to provide some this week. for now i've found an issue in the antistasi issue tracker suggesting that RHS_Mi8MTV3_vvsc is likely to blame.
