0005762: Binoculars in vehicle

Description

You can't get binoculars and weapons out of the equipment in the following vehicles:
Red/green:
All modifications of T-72, T-80, T-90 tanks (someone just can't get it, someone opens the ballistic computer). All modifications of BMD-1, BMD-2, BMP-3. All of the above can not use weapons and binoculars in place of the gunner. Get the binoculars on the commander's slot T-80, T-80B, T-80BVK, 2C1, 2C3M1.
Blue: Place of the gunner M2A2,M2A3.
Mb somewhere else.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Sit down in the gunner/Commander's seat with the gun or binoculars and stick out.
2) Try to get the binoculars/guns
3)You can't :c
