Summary0006475: C130J Interior lights only light up RAMP section.
DescriptionWhen going into the planes control panel to toggle the interior lights, the main interior lights flash once briefly and then go out. However the RAMP red lights remain on.

Steps To ReproducePlace C130J (not VIV/Cargo)
make it flying and get in as passenger.
make it night time.
toggle interior light
Additional InformationThe area where the passengers sit is still pitch black.

Attached image of the passenger area blinking red before it turns off.
It stays emitted for like... 1 second if that.
