I am using a multitude of other mods Which are being used by other Friends and the mods are working on the server but not for me because this is saying it is only partially signed.

https://imgur.com/a/zshNDX6 [^] click on those 3 dots and try to repair mod. Your download is most likely corrupted. Otherwise you can also try to delete the mod and try download it again

Hi Reyhard

I have attempted this and get the same result it does not seem to want to have the bi key signed.

I have attempted uninstalling mod reinstalling mod
repairing mod
un subbing re subbing
Deleting the key and repairing.
verifying game on the whole.
iv'e tried downloading the mod from external source and moving into the mod folder.
none of the above seems to work

You can also try to manually delete files from your drive & then press "Repair" button. Checked it on couple PCs and I'm 100% sure that you are experiencing corrupted download
