0005261: Problem with the T-72B (Obr. 1985g) player controlled gunner not able to switch ammunition.
Unable to switch or reload tank rounds on the T-72B (Obr. 1985g) as player controlled gunner. AI can.
Get in gunner position for T-72B (Obr. 1985g) then fire or try and reload a different tank round. Will not reload. WILL LOOK AT FIRST LIKE ITS RELOADING LET IT GO ALL THE WAY.

Ok, so yes that was part of the problem. However, it still is not letting me change ammo. I have to fire the shell first, then go in to the menu change it and then press reload.

" This behaviour was caused by fact that once shell was injected into gun, you couldn’t unload it without pushing it out with pull-through from the outside. Inability to unload shell was mainly caused by two section ammunition design which was dictated by autoloader design."

Hmm, ok. I feel stupid for not reading the whole thing. Im sorry. Is there a guide for this stuff?

If you spawn as gunner, gun will be empty.
If AI spawned as gunner and you took his seat, round will be loaded.
Unload is not possible, only way is to shoot the first round out. (However you can switch to commander and tell AI gunner to change round type, they are able to do it)

Press Z to toggle "press to load" (PTL) or "automatic loading" (AL). (If switch is down - PTL, if switch is up - AL).
If switch not present, then you are always in PTL.

if gun empty, select first round from action menu.

If AL, round will load fully and be ready to shoot, after this hit "T" to range and then shoot.
Next round will be loaded according to the bigger dial switch.
Markings on the dial:

У - Guided Missile
Б - SABOT
К - HEAT
О - HE-Frag

Press X key to switch the dial.

If PTL, gun will show as if loaded half way and loading will stop.
At this point you can select any round from the dial by pressing X key, and then press R key to confirm. At this point gun is loaded and ready to shoot.
After a shot, select the next type of round to load (Or keep existing one) and hit R to confirm load.

If you run out of ammo of a particular type, and your gun is empty, load new round type using action menu.

I personally recommend to use PTL at all times as this gives you more control over the types of ammunition that you use.
