Summary0004406: Longbow radar sees a bit more than 8km
DescriptionOn cockpit MFD the radar shows up to 8km, but on vanilla radar panel the cyan radar cone is more than 8. Maybe 10 or 12. This results in you detecting targets but not seeing them on cockpit MFD.

That's correct. You could see that extra range on navigation page which is missing right now. On that page you can see datalink targets

But your wiki sais 8km
Sensors:
AN/APG-78 Longbow Fire Control Radar- Detects ground targets in 45 degree sphere to up 8km

So ingame it is more than 8 and that is correct ?

In game you can see datalink targets + rwr beyond that range. Also, it's possible to pick bigger target beyond radar range if they radarTargetSize above 1

I meant look. On the panel, the green friendly target is exactly 8km away from me, but the radar coverage area is bigger than that.
