0004041: Vehicle Damage Textures Misleading
I understand this is likely a setting within Arma but wanted to throw the idea here nonetheless.

When a vehicle takes a certain hitzones (fuel, engine, body, wheels) take >50% damage, the vehicle texture shows the global damage texture which for many vehicles includes broken glass. This can be misleading since it makes it seem like you took damage on other areas that aren't necessarily damaged. For example, if you've had a wheel shot out, your windshield is smashed?

I have seen that individual sections of glass can be broken depending on which window is shot so my question is this. Is it possible or acceptable to consider changing or removing the overall damage texture so as not to mislead which section of the vehicle is actually damaged.

I've seen it with various vehicles but two I've tested with are as follows:

Place vehicle in scene, damage vehicle hitzones.

Sort of arma issue which will be both fixed in next Arma update and next RHS version https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Damage_Enhancement [^] to get where was the issue (random visual)
