0004002: BMP and BMD series of vehicles go up hills at 5 kmph
While driving a BMP or BMD uphill, the vehicle will eventually slow down to 5-7 kmph, even on somewhat shallow hills. Pressing [SHIFT] for boost does nothing. However, if trying to drive backwards up the same hill, vehicle will move at -20 to -30 kmph up the same hill.

Tested and observed on the following vehicle families:
BMP-1
BMP-2
BMD-1
BMD-2

Surprisingly, the BMP-3, BMD-4, as well as all other vehicles tested (a mix of most tanks and trucks, and some of the cars) did not have this problem.
1: Find a nice hill in a map (even somewhat shallow hills will work, although the steeper hills show the effect sooner)
2: Drive any of the aforementioned vehicles up the hill forwards, they will eventually slow down to 5-7 kmph.
3: Turn the vehicle around, and observe how the vehicle climbs the hill backwards at anything from 15-30 kmph, depending on the vehicle.

This problem was first noted by our group during our multiplayer sessions. We do have a large mod-pack with dozens of mods, and we were playing on a community map at the time. However, I was able to reliably reproduce the problem with only RHS loaded on Stratis.

NOTE: My group was using RHS version 0.4.4. Today we updated the RHS in our mod pack to version 0.4.5, and the issue has been fixed. Good work RHS!
