| Summary | 0003217: UH-60M / CH-47F Bitchin' betty | ||||
| Description | While I can't speak for any of the other aircraft, I know from personal experience that the H-60 and H-47 do not tell you to "pull up". The only aural indication for altitude, on the 60 at least (Been a long while since I was on comms in a Chinook), is a half (or so) second tone (similar to the beeps on the current warning, little lower in pitch and "softer" though) to indicate descending past 50' on the radar-altimeter. The only systems that talk at you are the AAR-57 and APR-39. The former sounding more like what we hear in game, only saying "Missile, Missile, X O'clock" and the latter sounding more like the Blockheads' computer in Gumby. You can hear the APR-39 in the background of this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxrzFyX7ElI [^] Everyone on ICS hears all of these sounds. Thank you for your time. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Fly around in Helicopters at low level, hear the aural warning incessantly tell you to pull up. | ||||
