0001292: M113s cause lethal splash damage upon death, even when empty of ammo and fuel
Expected behavior:
Vehicles such as the M113 should only explode dangerously when they are carrying ammo and fuel. When they are empty, they may burn when hit, but this should not pose a serious threat to nearby units.

Observed behavior:
Destroyed M113s begin to burn gently when carrying no ammo or fuel, but the flames are instantly lethal to adjacent infantry. This splash damage acts like an invisible explosion and can destroy nearby trucks in a chain reaction. One burning M113 led to the destruction of a Tochka-U launcher from a distance of roughly 5 meters.
