Description	Originally brought to my attention by <felix the dog#6218> on the Code4Gaming discord server where he showed a Mk19 detonating his T-80UK to which was he was angled 50* to (https://gfycat.com/barrenpassionatekestrel [^]) The wheels and some (haven't tested many) skirts used on many Russian tracked vehicles (T-72, T-80, T-90, BMP-3) allow munitions to deal damage to HitPoints inside of the vehicle even though they never penetrate the vehicle itself. It seems that no RHS weapons below 20mm can deal damage to, if nothing else, the ammunition storages when doing this. Using Dev for Shots diagnostic here, it functions the same in 1.98.
